The rare lead-antimony gold telluride Nagyágite is a most sought-after species amongst collectors and this large miniature/small cabinet specimen has it all.  The Nagyágite occurs as a thick vein section varying between 2 and 3.5 cm thick, attached to a 1 cm thick plate of cryptocrystalline creamy-grey Quartz, which would have formed the outer part of the in-situ vein.  The Nagyágite could not be any richer, occurring as a jumbled mass of intergrown platy metallic grey-black crystals, forming lath-like sections all over, with the upper surface dusted with drusy snow-white sucrosic Quartz.  This fabulous specimen, from its type locality at Săcărâmb, Romania, is accompanied with the previous owner’s label.
