Beautiful lustrous black metallic Cassiterite crystals form an unusual multi-peaked specimen, resulting from various degrees of twinning. From the Horní Slavkov mining district in Bohemia, Czech Republic, this ex-matrix Cassiterite is strewn with micro-crystallised minerals between the individual and twinned Cassiterite crystals.  These likely include purple Fluorite, brown globular Siderite, greenish-yellow mica and creamy-white Albite.  A choice Cassiterite from Horní Slavkov.
