A terrific miniature of dark tan tending towards black Wulfenite crystals on a bed of what I am fairly certain is micro-crystalline deep red to golden-brown Sphalerite. From the world-famous Příbram mining district in the Czech Republic, this is a rare specimen of both Wulfenite and red Sphalerite. The Wulfenite forms curved lenticular double terminated crystals of about 3 to 4 mm long which lie flat against the granular textured Sphalerite.
