A superb, almost completely water-clear gemmy colourless crystal, beautifully terminated and with a perfect horizontal basal cleavage. This specimen is a great example from the famed granite stock at Klein Spitzkopje in the Erongo Region of Namibia. The only interruption to a completely gemmy crystal is a crazed and frosted thin patch adjacent to one prism face and the base. A terrific Topaz crystal from this classic locality.
