A super collection of three double-terminated milky Quartz crystals from the classic location of Brilon in North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany. The mine and quarry exploited hydrothermal Calcite veins with occasional lead mineralisation. The two larger crystals measure 2.7 and 2.4 cm long respectively and are opaque creamy white with tints of pale apricot orange iron staining. The smallest crystal is 2.2 cm long with a colourless translucent core with a more opaque outer white Quartz shell. These specimens are accompanied with a copy of a late 19th century, highly detailed label, whose handwritten text covers almost two sides.
