Native Silver in phial

ID: CC19867
This is a really-great item and one that is sure to please!  Seven individual specimens of wire Native Silver from the classic Freiberg mining district in Saxony, Germany, contained in a 6 x 1.5 cm glass phail with plastic screw cap.  Each piece is a complete and aesthetic specimen and although the set looks wonderful in the phail, they should really be displayed individually to take full advantage of their very-different habits and character.  The Native Silver wires form gnarled ropes and twisted tree trunks, perfect miniatures of famed Freiberg and Kongsberg silvers, with patinas ranging from silver-white to delicate champaign-gold.   The largest specimen measures 28 x 7 x 7 mm.  A gorgeous set of Native wire Silvers from Saxony and a genuine bargain at $750.
