A superb single, nicely terminated Pyrargyrite crystal displays well in a shallow, open vug surrounded by naturally etched, colourless, milky and iron-stained Calcite on a matrix of disseminated sulphides.  This perfectly developed crystal is a good example from the lead-zinc mining district around Příbram in the Czech Republic and is associated with another part crystal and possibly sooty-black Native Silver forming hackly leaves around the crystal’s base.  The Pyrargyrite is tarnished to a uniform metallic graphite-grey-black and measures approximately 6 x 5 x 3 mm.
