• Tourmaline

ID: CC20032
A fabulous miniature Tourmaline from the Santa Rosa mine in Itambacuri, Minas Gerais, Brazil with two ex-matrix crystals in parallel growth.  The much larger of the two measures 4.1 cm tall and both are a fabulous and vivid inky indigo-blue with black terminations and mulberry-red prism cores.  The two crystals are highly translucent allowing transmitted light to illuminate the crystals internally, so producing electric blues and reds.  An impressive miniature Brazilian Tourmaline mounted vertically on a clear acrylic chamfered base.
