A beautiful Amethyst Quartz sceptre from the Chiredzi mining district in Masvingo Province, Zimbabwe, an area also known as the Hartley mining district. The sceptre itself is 6.5 cm long with a hexagonal, milky Quartz stem. The head display various intensities of Amethyst purple, ranging from almost colourless to intense lavender and violet.
