Fluorite on Dolomite

ID: CC20437
The fluorites from the Kara-Oba deposit in Kazakhstan are very distinctive, occurring as deep purple well-formed complex octahedrons.  This lovely cabinet sized specimen is a superb example with the fluorites getting up to around 2cm in size and contrasting nicely with the white quartz crystal matrix that they grow on.  For the size this is the best we have ever had.
