Good proustites are amongst the holy grails of mineral collecting and those found at the Alberoda mine in the Saxony mining district during the times of the DDR are very desirable.  This lovely cabinet specimen has super sharp lustrous crystals to 3mm richly covering the matrix.  The red colour is very strong and this a wonderful rare silver mineral from a now defunct mine!
