ID: CC20501
A rare and stunning specimen of pale blue Topaz crystals on a terminated Orthoclase crystal from the Murzinka mine in Sverdlovskaya Oblast, Middle Urals, Russia. This famous mine worked a granite pegmatite and old-time specimens grace many fine museums and, less often, private collections. The Topaz crystals are perfectly terminated with no damage of any kind, are transparent ice-blue and measure 2.5 x 1.2 x 0.7 cm and 2.3 x 1.4 x 1.0 cm. Each is attached to a light sandy-cream terminated Orthoclase feldspar crystal with three tiny smoky Quartz crystals on one side. A wonderful and classic blue Topaz from the world-famous Murzinka gem mine in the Ural Mountains of Russia.
