Sea-green tinged emerald-green crystals of gemmy to translucent Fluorite cover a dark-grey matrix from the Papa Pocket at Diana Maria mine, Frosterley in Weardale, England.  Sharp edged crystals occur as both single and interpenetrant twins, some entirely gemmy and others with gemmy edges and colourless frosted face centres.  The largest interpenetrant twin is 1.7 cm long and this is also the most transparent.  A terrific Fluorite from the pocket named for Diana Maria Bruce‚Äôs father.
