One here for any connoisseur of Lady Annabella mine, the newly mined section of the former Eastgate Cement quarry in Weardale.  An ex-matrix interpenetrant twin of ice-clear, gemmy golden-lemon yellow with outer delicate and subtle lilac zoning.  The larger of the two crystals has a maximum length of 3.2 cm and in daylight, the natural fluorescence transforms the specimen to a bicoloured bright lavender, grading to bright golden-lemon.  The smaller crystal has four pinhead-sized surface inclusions of brassy Pyrite.  This represents the old Eastgate material at its best and is simply beautiful.
