An intergrown jumble of differently sized, modified Fluorite crystals forms a delightful colour-zoned specimen from the Okorusu mine in the Otjiwarongo District of Namibia.  The crystals range from between about 0.7 to 2.7 cm on edge with most having micro-stepped modified corners, some so advanced as to suggest semi-octahedral crystals.  All crystals exhibit highly transparent cubes with mixed translucent and opaque centres.  Their faces and outer internal zones are inky indigo-blue grading to a wash of electric sky-blue which is superb.  This gives way to leafy-emerald green interspersed with colourless zones, ending in a mottled green semi-opaque core.  A gorgeous miniature Fluorite containing beautiful colour zoning from the Okorusu mine.
