The mines at Dal'negorsk in the Far-Eastern Region of Russia produce the most amazing colourless and optically perfect Fluorite imaginable and this good sized miniature is a very fine example. The display face of a light biscuit-tan matrix is entirely overgrown with razor-sharp edged perfect cubic Fluorite crystals of complete gem quality. Reading text trough even the largest crystal appears as if no crystal is present. Fluorite such as this is superb and appears to be a hit with everyone who sees it. It will surely have the same effect when seen in your own collection!
