A rich, large miniature of jackstraw and intergrown platy crystals of Cerussite from the Leadhills mining area in South Lanarkshire, Scotland.  Milky white, lustrous Cerussite crystals up to 1.5 cm long have formed on a mixture of black Goethite with Cerussite.  A characteristic and good representative example of Cerussite from the Leadhills mining district, accompanied with a beautifully handwritten, old Italian label.
