Lustrous gemmy to translucent intergrown cubic crystals of pastel green Fluorite measure to 4.3 cm from Frazer's Hush mine near to the village of Rookhope in Weardale, County Durham.  A druse of sparkling sugary white Quartz crystals preferentially coat certain faces of the Fluorite lending great contrast and texture to the Fluorite.  The underside of the specimen is included with cleavages of bright metallic silver-grey Galena.  This is a fine specimen from Frazer's Hush and a rare example of green Fluorite from this mine.  The specimen is accompanied with two previous collection labels, one the David R Hacker Collection.
