A fine specimen of relatively large Cuprian Adamite crystals from the celebrated Tsumeb mine in northern Namibia.  Stepped-habit Cuprian Adamite crystals show at least two-phases of growth with light mint-green main central crystals, and darker emerald-green secondary growth on the wings of the main crystals.  Individual crystals measure to about 1.5 x 0.8 x 0.4 cm and the finely stepped habit gives rise to a sawtooth appearance, whose teeth have a sucrosic micro-granular texture.  This delightful Zincolivenite comes on a bevelled clear acrylic base.
