A beautiful stacked mound of intense violet and milky lilac cuboctahedral Fluorite crystals measuring to 1.8 cm from Tounfit in the Meknes-Talifalet Region of Morocco.  The milky lilac cubic form dominates and are highlighted and emphasised by their beautiful violet octahedral corner faces of triangular form.  The crystal habits are complex and most likely include the rhombic dodecahedron habit.  The Fluorite crystals form a double dome of crystals covering a light creamy lavender matrix of massive Fluorite mixed with granular Quartz.  This very unusual habit and colour combination for Fluorite makes this a magnificent cabinet specimen.
