A classic specimen of bright lustrous toffee orange Pyromorphite from the Bunker Hill mine at Kellogg in Shoshone County, Idaho, USA.  The botryoidal Pyromorphite crystals are richly intergrown, giving the specimen a bubbly surface, the whole of which is dazzlingly lustrous.  Examined close to under low magnification, the botryoidal surfaces are uncannily smooth, so producing dazzling mirror-like faces.  The reverse of the specimen displays sparkling yellow green hexagonal Pyromorphite micro-crystals which form an enveloping druse over that of the botryoidal habit.  A sensational bi-coloured Pyromorphite with two distinct crystal habits from the world-famous Bunker Hill mine at Kellogg.
