A 10 x 7 x 4 mm tangled mat of micro-acicular Ludlockite crystals nestle in a vug on top of a dark grey matrix of Germanite, probably mixed with Chalcocite, from Tsumeb mine in the Oshikoto Region of Namibia.  Tsumeb is the type locality for Ludlockite, a very rare lead-iron arsenite.  The terracotta-orange Ludlockite crystals are density packed, forming a velvet-like patch on and in the matrix.
