A thin matrix plate completely coated with lemon-yellow Fluorite crystals from the Dow Scar Flats at Hilton mine in Scordale, Cumbria.  Smaller, pale yellow-tan Fluorite crystals to 4 mm cover the matrix on both sides and on top of these, larger, elongated interpenetrant twins of honey-lemon gemmy crystals to 14 mm are scattered; eight on the upper surface and one underneath.  This fine specimen was collected by Patricia Greenbank in the early 1970’s and comes with both a Lindsay Greenbank (LG581) and Patricia Greenbank (PG1) collection label.
