Cerussite

ID: CC1816

A great Moroccan Cerussite specimen featuring a flattened elongate twinned Cerussite crystal measuring 6.5 cm long with development of several smaller crystals around the base. The Cerussite has a translucent smokiness, displaying an opaque chatoyant centre, and superb vitreous lustre. The main crystal is almost doubly terminated. The smaller crystals are aligned with the main crystal and flattened in the same direction, and exhibit cyclic twinning. A very aesthetic specimen that displays well. Slight damage on one edge of the main crystal.
