A lovely small cabinet specimen of Cerussite from a seldom seen location for the species, the Mežica (Miess) mining area in Slovenia. The Cerussite forms white silky jackstraw crystals to 2.5cm. The crystals richly invest shards of white Quartz matrix, which is mostly coated by colourless sparkling micro-crystals of drusy Pyromorphite.
