Cerussite

ID: CC1748

A fine example of cyclic twinned Cerussite from the Mibladene area of Morocco. The Cerussite is very lustrous with the light strongly reflecting from the many crystal faces. The colour is slightly translucent smoky to white, very apparent when back illuminated, with an internal silkiness. The Cerussite twin has grown on a black Mn oxide, which is also apparent towards one of the crystal terminations. A lovely specimen of twinned Cerussite from Morocco.
