Cerussite

ID: CC1678

A fabulously gemmy Cerussite from the Touissit area of Morocco. The Cerussite is a beautiful V twinned crystal with lots of reflective faces from faint surface growth features. The crystal is superbly gemmy with faint sherry wine colour. Internally there are silky phantoms, and the high refractive index and strong dispersion really makes the specimen sparkle with rainbows. The back edge of the specimen has some slight contact areas. A really lovely specimen of Cerussite, the photos do not do it justice!
