Cerussite on Smithsonite

ID: CC2832

An enjoyable intergrown crystal specimen of Smithsonite with crystals of Cerussite. The Smithsonite has a pleasing pastel green colour imparted to the somewhat rounded intergrown lustrous parallel growth rhombic crystals. Four gemmy to translucent crystals of slightly smoky Cerussite measuring to 1.4cm are seen on the Smithsonite. An attractive specimen from the mine.
