Chalcocite

ID: CC4335

An excellent specimen of inter grown Chalcocite crystals from one of Cornwall's most well known mines. Crystals of Chalcocite are a deep steel grey colour, measuring to 2cm on a rich Chalcocite matrix. The Botallack Mine (Crowns Engine Houses) is without doubt the most photographed old mine site in the British Isles.
