A super rich specimen of Chalcophyllite crystals from Cornwall's most celebrated super-gene specimen mine, many specimens from the mine dating back to the mid-18th century. The excellent specimen of Chalcophyllite we have from Wheal Gorland is a fine Gossan matrix laced with Chalcophyllite. Lustrous crystals of Chalcophyllite measuring to 3mm are seen abundantly lining several cavities in the Gossan. A fine light blue-green colour is seen to the Chalcophyllite. Here and there are scattered bubbles of green Malachite. A super specimen from Wheal Gorland.
