Cobaltoan Calcite

ID: CC1625

A brilliant lustrous purple-pink Cobaltoan Calcite from the classic Moroccan location of the Aghbar Mine, Bou Azer. The specimen displays attractive low faced pyramidal crystals of Cobaltoan Calcite stacked upon one another. The multi formed crystals exhibit  sparkling edges of a lighter colour, with a pastel pink area. The Cobaltoan Calcite covers a matrix of white Calcite veined by sulphides. An excellent specimen for cabinet display.
