Translucent botryoidal to stalactitic richly coloured pink-red Cobaltoan Calcite is seen in areas measuring to 3.2cm x 1.5cm. The Cobaltoan Calcite has formed on a banded creamy Aragonite, which has also partly over grown the Cobaltoan Calcite. On the underside of the specimen is a crystallized to micro botryoidal covering of Erythrite. On a matrix of dark grey rock cut by atomising veins of Aragonite.
