Cobaltoan Dolomite

ID: CC1723

A neat hot pink specimen of Cobaltoan Dolomite from the famous mining area of Bou Azer, Morocco. The Cobaltoan Dolomite displays a choice formation of intergrown saddle shaped crystals, so characteristic of the species. It has completely covered a translucent white cleaved section of a Calcite crystal on the display surface and one edge. Superb colour.
