An excellent aesthetic specimen of Cobaltoan Smitsonite from the mine that produced a number of Smithsonite variants, namely the classic Tsumeb Mine, Namibia. The Cobaltoan Smithsonite specimen forms an attractive intergrown formation of sharp rhombic crystals measuring to 0.5cm, covering the display surface of the specimen. Greatly enhanced by the lovely gemmy to translucent light cobalt pink colour. The matrix is a light creamy white. A pleasing specimen of the variety from the Tsumeb.
