Cuprian Smithsonite With Rosasite

A rare green Cuprian Smithsonite from the Hilarion Mine, Lavrion, Greece. The lustrous Cuprian Smithsonite forms a botryoidal covering on a Goethite brown matrix. A later deposition of blue-green crystallized balls of Rosasite, is followed by a final phase of translucent white Calcite.
