Bright maroon red crystals of Cuprite have formed as inter grown aggregated on a vein Quiartz matrix, from the Phoenix United Mines, Linkinhorne, Cornwall. Crystals of Cuprite measuring to around 3mm line numerous cavities, with cubo-octahedral form. A pleasing Cuprite specimen with flashes of red from with in the crystals.
