An intriguing and unusual paragenesis specimen of two generations of Dioptase with Conichalcite from the mineralogically complex Tsumeb Mine, Namibia. The specimen has a central core of Calcite matrix over grown by a first generation of emerald green Dioptase. This is in-turn partly over grown by a thin yellow green zone of botryoidal Conichalcite. A second deposition of gemmy Dioptase has mostly over grown and included the Coinchalcite. Crystals of Dioptase on the specimen measuring to over 1cm.
