Sparkling crystals of Dioptase have formed on a matrix of Conichalcite, from the Tsumeb Mine, Namibia. Crystals of Dioptase with average size of 1mm are seen richly clustered at one side of the specimen, with scattered crystals on other areas. A light olive-green botryoidal Conichalcite is the host for the Dioptase crystals. This combination of Dioptase on Conichalcite was not at all common from the mine. The specimen is a pleasing arrangement from Tsumeb Mine.
