A classic cast of Dolomite from a location that is well regarded for these casts, namely the Tsumeb Mine, Namibia. The specimen is composed of interlocking platy lenticular crystals measuring to 2cm. The crystals of Dolomite display extensive parallel growth giving the specimen a sparkling and highly reflective surface. The light pastel pink cast has a shallow shell like underside, which is also covered in a glimmering druse of Dolomite crystals. A fantastic sizeable Dolomite cast from the mine.
