Beautiful pink Elbaite Tourmaline crystal from the pegmatite rich area of Paprok, Afghanistan. The crystal of Elbaite measuring to 6cm displays much parallel growth on the prism faces. On the prism a slight curve is apparent probably the result of fracturing and re-healing. Atop the crystal are lots of prismatic terminated Elbaite's, with crystals of Quartz. Prism areas of the crystal are clusters of pastel lilac Lepidolite mica books.
