Two excellent relatively large (for the location) Fluorapatite crystals from Ehrenfriedersdorf, Germany. The Fluorapatite crystals measure up to 2.8cm across the pinacoid faces by 2cm thick. The crystals are semi-transparent to translucent with a high luster on all the faces. The colour is from colourless to a greenish grey in the body of the crystals. The Fluorapatites are associated with translucent prismatic terminated crystals of Quartz to 1.8cm long, which are partly encrusted in a light green Chlorite. A fine Fluorapatite from Germany, which comes with an old label.
