A fine specimen of Fluorapatite from the Sauberg Mine, Ehrenfriedersdorf, Saxony, Germany. Crystals of Fluorapatite measuring to 1.1cm are richly inter grown displaying a tabular habit, with development of prism faces. Glistening sugary Quartz covers the crystals of Fluorapatite, with a later deposition of orange-red Goethite. Creamy lenticular crystals of Siderite are in association on the Quartz, with rare scattered micro-crystals of purple Fluorite.
