A fine classic daylight fluorescent Fluorite from the Rogerley Mine, Weardale, Cumbria. The consummate specimen of Fluorite has a number of sharply formed bright lustrous interpenetrant crystals measuring to nearly 2cm on edge. Having the classic gemmy emerald green colour, with neon purple in daylight. A beautiful specimen of Weardale Fluorite. The base has been sawn flat not to damage the specimen by other more vigorous methods.
