A fine classic daylight fluorescent Fluorite from Middlehope, Weardale, Cumbria, possibly from the 1818 find. This fine specimen of Fluorite has a number of sharply formed bright lustrous interpenetrant crystals measuring to nearly 2cm on edge, with slightly rounded edges. Having the classic gemmy green colour, with neon purple in daylight. A beautiful specimen of Weardale Fluorite.
