A beautifully bi-coloured specimen of Fluorite from the West Pasture Mine, Weardale (George Farr collection). Classic crystals of bright lustrous gemmy apple green Fluorite, occupy a large central area pleasingly framed by light purple Fluorite crystals. Crystals of Fluorite have formed on a matrix of altered Limestone heavily impregnated by brown Fe-oxides. A very fine West Pasture Mine Fluorite
