An uncommon blue Fluorite from the Wheal Mary Ann, Menheniot, Cornwall. Cubic crystals of Fluorite measuring to 6mm + on edge are a fine gemmy blue, inter grown over a previous formation of translucent yellow Fluorite. At one side of the specimen are metallic lead grey cubic crystals of Galena measuring to 8mm, followed by a later deposition of sparkling light metallic yellow Pyrite. A fine specimen of blue Fluorite from one of Cornwall's most well known lead mines.
