Classic Nenthead specimen from Boundary Cross Vein, Rampgill Mine, Cumbria. A well developed intergrown group of Galena crystals from the location. Characteristically metallic lead grey cubo-octahedral crystals of Galena measuring to 2.6cm, have formed on a dome-like specimen of clear translucent white crystals of Quartz, over a Galena matrix. Associated minerals are pastel gemmy yellow Fluorite, with black-brown Sphalerite and light to dark brown Siderite.
