A fine Cornish classic specimen of Galena pseudomorph after Pyromorphite, from Wheal Hope, Perranzabuloe. Characteristic metallic lead grey Galena has faithfully replaced prismatic mostly tapering crystals of Pyromorphite measuring to 1.5cm. Some areas of the specimen have white areas of possible Hydrocerussite/Cerussite. A rare neat specimen of this particular Pseudomorph.
