A rich specimen of the rare mineral Gartrellite (confirmed by EDS at the ROM) from the Tsumeb Mine, Namibia. Yellow green Gartrellite is seen heavily investing the specimen, associated with scattered light green micro-crystals of Arsentsumebite. Well formed crystals of lustrous royal blue Azurite measuring to 3mm are clustered over the specimen, with an area of Malachite after Azurite crystals. The specimen also carries colourless to white crystals of Cerussite, and here and there Arsentsumebite pseudomorphs after Mimetite crystals measuring to 0.5cm. A fine busy small cabinet specimen from the Tsumeb Mine.
