A beautiful specimen of Malachite from the well regarded Mashamba West Mine. Chatoyancy is the outstanding feature of this specimen, and the mine is a classic locality for such displays. The Malachite displays an intergrown formation of parallel to fan-like clusters of crystals with multiple terminations with a lustrous rounded finish. The super bright lustre gives a play of different shades of green which are eye catching as the specimen is turned. A wonderful display.
